## **The role**

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will take the lead of a division composed of 10 employees specializing in property insurance for professionals. Your missions will consist of:

- Providing proximity management for the teams
- Developing and retaining members of the division dedicated to Associations, Local Authorities, and SMEs, and ensuring quality customer service
- Supporting and strengthening the skills of employees
- Ensuring change management and being a source of meaning
- Driving performance management and strengthening the culture of results

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a commercial or Banking/Insurance background, you have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial management, in the field of insurance/financial solutions. You have a **perfect command of P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance** and you mainly address a **professional clientele.**

You are able to evolve in a rapidly changing environment and **instill change management within the teams**

As a leader, you have a **strong aptitude for knowledge transfer and skills development of employees**. As a true salesperson, **you lead teams towards performance and provide them with meaning.**

Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, advocating proximity management, active listening, and collective performance.

**Salary offered:** Between 48-58K€ in fixed annual base (depending on profile)
