## **The role**
Looking for a **Team Manager**** (M/F)** position?
**Your main mission:**Participate in production and lead the Autonomous Production Team by providing assistance so that it achieves its Quality, Cost, Deadline, Safety, and Management objectives.
### Your missions:
**1. Leads and ensures production**
- Ensures production, measurement, or adjustment according to their technical profile
- Manages replacements and/or replaces a team member at their workstation, particularly during breaks and/or in case of an operator's absence
- Ensures the handover of instructions
- Plans production with the help of kanban and logistics
- Performs or has level 1 maintenance performed at workstations
- Detects and resolves classic problems inherent to their function and ensures the right choice of solution
**2. Coordinates and leads team activities**
- Leads shift start meetings
- Integrates new arrivals, ensures training
- Based on the objectives of their project or trade, establishes action plans and coherently coordinates the missions of their collaborators
- Monitors trade performance indicators (lean manufacturing, etc.), implements corrective actions if necessary, and communicates them to collaborators
- Respects and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and environmental instructions
- Escalates problems
- Leads information, communication, and responsiveness displays
- Explains and ensures compliance with standards (production, SMI, quality, maintenance, etc.)
- Continuously leads and advises their team members
- Unites the team around common objectives and develops team spirit and mutual aid
**3. Organizes and plans the activity of their Autonomous Production Team**
- Validates series start-ups
- Ensures compliance with 5S rules
- Keeps EAP indicators up to date: scrap/sorting, etc.
- Monitors presenteeism - absenteeism and training within the team
- Ensures the administrative management of the EAP (explains and trains if necessary)
- Participates in island production meetings (between supervisor and leaders)
- Coordinates leave planning within the EAP
- Verifies the compliance of EAP workstations
**4. Facilitates progress**
- Participates in the implementation of curative/preventive actions
- Participates in working and progress groups
- Promotes suggestions, helps with their processing
- Analyzes causes and decides on appropriate methods and means for the fulfillment of their missions.
- Escalates problems.
- Informs about the training needs of adjusters and operators
- Trains their collaborators on any changes to the workstation, products, processes, quality, safety, and environment.
- Supports operators in their role and helps them achieve their objectives
- Develops versatility within their team.
- 3x8 shift schedule
- Remuneration according to profile and experience
