## **The role**

### Your missions

As a member of the store's Management Committee and a hands-on person, you will develop your sector by implementing the brand's commercial concept. You are committed to customer satisfaction by monitoring competitors and ensuring optimal management of supplies and stocks.

As a hands-on professional, you will manage a team of 8 to 15 employees (department managers, sales staff) and develop their skills (training, recruitment, internal mobility).

As a savvy manager, you will track stocks, define sales prices, develop turnover and margins, and participate in product arrival choices.

The assets to succeed...? A sense of commerce, strong customer sensitivity, a taste for challenges, and simple, direct relationships with our customers and your teams.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile sought

With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you already have at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector such as GSA, GSB, or GSS.

### Beyond your education and experience, we are looking for a profile

Who has already managed a team of 8 to 15 people,

Who has managed an operating account (turnover) of several million euros per year.

Your commercial sense, leadership, and rigor will be your best assets to succeed and evolve within our brand.

Regional geographical mobility throughout the South-East region is required to join a store upon your hiring.
