## **The role**

Reporting to the Major Accounts Sales Director, you will be involved in the development of the national agreement portfolio with major client-prospects:

- Take over and develop a portfolio of active, multi-sector clients
- Prospect new target accounts
- Respond to private tenders and conduct financial and service negotiations
- Develop sales, operational deployment, and communication strategies.
- Manage the commercial relationship through regular contacts and Business Reviews.
- Analyze performance by account to optimize profitability.
- Coordinate the group's support functions as well as the agency network in the different stages of the relationship with your clients

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Education: Higher education in sales
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in BtoB major account management

Experience in major account sales management, ideally in the temporary work or organized network service provision sector.

- Mastery of the Office pack
- Qualities: Team spirit, resilience, flexibility, enthusiasm, adaptability
