## **The role**

The mediation service for the FBF is looking for a junior legal expert (M/F) to join its mediation department for a CDI. Several positions are available depending on your experience:

### Your missions

- You will manage a portfolio of mediation cases, under the supervision of your team manager and in interaction with other members of the mediation service for the FBF.

### You will be specifically responsible for

- analyzing the various elements of the file (referral and client documents, including

technical elements provided by the bank),

- drafting an analysis proposal in accordance with legal rules (in particular the Consumer Code, the Monetary and Financial Code) and in compliance with the mediator's doctrine, particularly equity,

- drafting a proposed opinion for the mediator, sending the opinion after its signature to both parties (client and bank), collecting responses from both parties, and following the file until its closure.

- You may also be required to participate in drafting standard paragraphs or opinions on recurring situations, and in drafting the Mediator's annual report, particularly by writing case studies.
- You will participate in team discussions.

Upon your arrival, you will follow an onboarding program including several days within the team responsible for receiving and analyzing the admissibility of referrals under the supervision of the Mediator.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Holder of a Master 2 in Law (business law, banking law, or consumer law preferred), you have initial experience in a similar position in the banking sector.

- Analytical, writing, and synthesis skills,
- Very good interpersonal skills,
- Teamwork,
- Responsiveness and adaptability.
- Mastery of computer tools.
