## **The role**

We are looking for a **Production Manager / Section Manager** to lead one of the plant's production areas.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct development of production in terms of **quality, timing, efficiency, and people management**, reporting directly to the Operations Management / Plant Manager.

### Main responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise production based on orders.
- Lead and coordinate the shift team (management of vacations, shifts, training, evaluation, and follow-up).
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Promote continuous improvement and optimization of production processes.
- Plan personnel and material needs according to manufacturing forecasts.
- Constant on-site monitoring at the plant.
- Control and registration of non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Coordination with Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Participation in Food Safety committees (HACCP, Food Fraud, Integrity).
- Reporting of production indicators to Management.

This is a highly operational position, with a strong presence on the plant floor and direct team leadership.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position in an industrial environment, preferably in the food sector.
- Experience in managing production teams.
- Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization is a plus.

- **Education:**
- Higher Vocational Training in Production, Industrial Processes, or similar.
- Degree in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or other technical disciplines is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
- Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
- Intermediate level of office software.

- **Languages**
- Spanish and Catalan.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
