We are currently looking for a **Site Manager** - Retail Sector (National Mobility) (M/F), whose main tasks will be: - Define, schedule, and organize all project activities to ensure execution according to deadlines and quality, environmental, and safety standards. - Perform periodic monitoring of project progress, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions when necessary. - Prepare the monthly economic closing, analyzing incurred costs, payments, executed production, and possible deviations from the target budget. - Build and maintain a relationship of trust with the client and the project management to favor the correct evolution of the project and the satisfaction of all parties. - Ensure the punctual and accurate delivery of certifications, invoices, internal reports, and economic closings. ### Desirable requirements - Studies in technical architecture or Civil Engineering, Public Works, or Roads, Canals, and Ports. - Previous experience as a Site Manager in retail projects. - Basic training in Occupational Risk Prevention (60 hours). - Knowledge of Presto (user level), Autocad (intermediate level), and Navision (intermediate/advanced level). - High level of English is valued. - Total availability to travel and be deployed nationally on a continuous basis during project execution.
