### Installations Site Manager (M/F)

### **Location:** Madrid or Barcelona

**JOB MISSION:** To ensure the correct execution of the project in terms of technical aspects, deadlines, quality, and economic margin, acting as the main person responsible on site and ensuring safety standards and client satisfaction.

### MAIN FUNCTIONS

**1. Technical Management and Planning**

- **Comprehensive planning:** Define milestones and the project's critical path, controlling deviations and applying corrective measures to ensure agreed deadlines.
- **Contractual management:** Thoroughly understand the contract's clauses, deadlines, and penalties.
- **Site closure:** Minimize the snag list during provisional acceptance and reduce incidents during the after-sales period.
- **Purchasing:** Define the purchasing plan, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs, deadlines, and quality.

**2. Economic Control**

- **Financial monitoring:** Responsible for the monthly economic closing (production vs. costs), cash flow control, certifications, and invoicing.
- **Change management:** Identify, assess, and negotiate change orders and project modifications to protect the project's margin.
- **Cost control:** Supervise cost allocation and analyze deviations from the initial budget.

**3. People Leadership**

- **Team management:** Coordinate and assign tasks to the technical and operational team (>2 direct reports), as well as to subcontractors.
- **Talent development:** Evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to boost the professional growth of the team.
- **Work environment:** Foster a collaborative environment and resolve internal conflicts.

**4. Client Relations and Safety (HSE)**

- **Interlocution:** Be the main point of contact for the Project Management and the Property, managing expectations and building a relationship of trust.
- **Health and Safety:** Lead the preventive culture (PSS/DGPO), ensure the coordination of business activities (CAE), and act as a Preventive Resource when necessary.
- **Quality and Environment:** Ensure compliance with Quality and Waste/Environmental Management plans.

**PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

### Experience

- **Minimum 3 years** of experience as an Installations Site Manager.

### Education and Knowledge

- Technical or Industrial Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical specialty).

### Digital Tools

- **Presto / RIB4:** User level.
- **AutoCAD:** User level.
- **Navision (ERP):** User level.
- **Office:** Intermediate/Advanced level.

### Languages

- **English:** Advanced level **(C1) Ideally,** essential for documentation management and relations with international clients.
