## **The role**

**<u>Presentation:</u>** Our client, a renowned industrial steel company, leader in its market, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) due to an increase in activity.

<u>**Your objective, your missions:**</u> You will work on subjects related to industrial performance, processes, and energy:

- Identify levers for progress: productivity, quality, costs, yields, and material/energy consumption.
- Manage continuous improvement projects, from needs analysis to deployment.
- Unite the Production, Maintenance, Methods, and Energy teams around action plans.
- Measure the results obtained and ensure they are maintained over time.
- Be a key player in optimizing the combustion of an industrial furnace.

### <u>Other information:</u>

- Base salary negotiable according to profile and experience
- Executive status (cadre)
- 13th month, paid in 2 installments
- Vacation bonus: 870 euros gross annually
- Profit-sharing
- Participation: paid annually, based on results
- Mileage allowance

## **The profile we're looking for**

**<u>Your profile:</u>** With a degree in General Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Energy, you have 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in heavy industry. You are recognized for your:

- Analytical capacity and ease with data;
- Mastery of continuous improvement approaches, particularly PDCA;
- Field sense and pragmatism;
- Autonomy, curiosity, and spirit of initiative;
- Ability to lead projects and engage different stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ISO 50001 and industrial energy issues will be a real asset.
