The Linux engineer's mission is to ensure the security and continuous proper functioning of IT systems and environments. This includes the operational maintenance of Linux and Kubernetes server environments, ensuring their regular updates and the application of security policies defined by the CISO and the Server Infra Manager. ### Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows - 📝 **Operational maintenance of Linux/Kubernetes server environments:** ensure their availability, apply regular updates, and guarantee compliance with security policies defined by the CISO and the Server Infra Manager. - 💻 **System and infrastructure hardening:** apply patches, configure environments according to security standards, manage vulnerabilities, and strengthen access controls. - ↔ **Collaboration & communication:** work in close relationship with IT, Dev, security, and infrastructure teams to align actions and disseminate best practices. - 👀 **Automation & secure integration:** integrate DevOps and SecOps best practices into CI/CD pipelines to secure developments and deployments from their design. **Start date** ASAP ### Profile sought**Experience and Education:** - With a Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent (engineering school, university), you have significant experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in Linux system administration and operational security; ### Technical skills - You have solid experience with **Linux** environments (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or equivalent); - You have advanced mastery of **Kubernetes** and in securing containerized environments (RBAC, network policies, secrets management); - Knowledge of **Mysql clustering** is a major asset; - Knowledge of Vmware Tanzu solutions will be a plus; - Notions of SecOps best practices (monitoring, hardening, vulnerability management, incident detection/response) and mastery of supervision tools and solutions (Centreon, Grafana...) are also a plus. ### Behavioral skills - Autonomous - Proactive - Team Player **Travel to be expected: No** ### Proposed conditions - Proposed remuneration: according to profile - Remote work: 2 days / week flexible - Benefits: health insurance, works council, profit-sharing, individual performance bonuses, Christmas & vacation bonuses **Ready to join the adventure?** Do you recognize yourself in the spirit of the position?
