## **The role**

Reporting to the Head of the Studies Department, you will calculate and optimize responses to calls for tenders in Structural Works, Masonry, and Renovation All Trades (TCE) for public and private markets.

### Daily, your activities revolve around 4 main pillars

- **Costing & take-offs:** Carry out surveys (land/plans), determine quantities (DQE/BDPU), and estimate labor ratios per work item.
- **Consultation & sourcing:** Select materials, launch supplier/subcontractor consultations, and perform technical and financial alignment of offers.
- **Responding to calls for tenders:** Assemble application files, write the personalized technical memo, and develop the provisional work schedule.
- **Submission of offers:** Establish the breakdown of the global and lump-sum price (DPGF) / quote and submit them to the client after validation by Management.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Experience and training

- **Training:** Bachelor's to Master's degree in Construction Economics, Price Studies, or Civil Engineering (BTS MEC, Professional License, Master's/Engineering School).
- **Experience:** Proven experience of **at least 10 years** in a similar role as Economist, Surveyor, Price Studies, with mastery of costing in Structural Works and Renovation TCE.

### Behavioral skills

- Interpersonal ease and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and sense of initiative.

### Proposed conditions

**Remuneration:** Fixed (40K€ - 45K€ depending on profile) + Value Sharing Bonus + Annual Bonus.
