## **The role**

### The position

**Sales Engineer (M/F). Sectors 91 and 94.**

Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you propose and deliver **high value-added intellectual services** (PPPT, energy audits, elevator expertise, operational control, heating, asbestos, etc.).

### The missions

- Develop, monitor, and retain your portfolio of clients and prospects consisting of Property Managers
- Present our missions to your clients with the assistance of our technical consultants
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in General Assemblies and Union Councils
- Ensure administrative and financial monitoring of ongoing missions

## **The profile we're looking for**

Ideally with a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree from a Business School and/or Engineering School, you have at least 2 years of experience in selling services, ideally acquired with property managers. Knowledge of one of our business sectors would be a plus.
