## **The role**

As a **Sales Engineer (M/F)**, you will play an essential role in the commercial development of your sector. Your missions will consist of:

- Actively prospecting SMEs/mid-sized companies and generating consulting opportunities
- Increasing turnover and the portfolio
- Qualifying client needs and building value propositions
- Collaborating with digital marketing to convert leads
- Representing the group in the field and strengthening its reputation (events, networks)
- Reporting market and competitor signals to drive the evolution of offers
- Ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through post-sales follow-up
- Enriching our CRM (Salesforce) to manage and analyze activity

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a commercial or technical background, you have **at least 3 years of experience in sales to SMEs acquired in IT services or telecommunications solutions.**

You master the sale of high value-added solutions, are able to propose customized solutions, and interact with a diversity of stakeholders.

As a true growth engine for your portfolio, you combine **autonomy** and **proactivity** to serve our clients' performance.
