## **The role**

As a Digitalization Sales Engineer, you will play a strategic role in the development and management of a specific portfolio:

- **Fleet Management and Loyalty**: Become the preferred contact for your clients to ensure rigorous follow-up, verify their satisfaction, and secure contract renewals.
- **Deployment of Framework Agreements**: Identify establishments attached to national agreements that are not yet equipped and manage their integration into the company fleet.
- **Analysis and Expert Advice**: Conduct needs audits to propose high-value-added solutions (digitalization) in perfect compliance with the group's pricing policy and support field sales representatives with customized solutions for clients.
- **Solution Optimization**: Negotiate deployment conditions, volumes, and implementation deadlines to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
- **Network Animation**: Create lasting alliances by leading regional events and staying constantly updated on your clients' challenges.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### 💼 **Profile sought:**

- **Professional expertise**: **Imperatively from the office automation or IT solutions world, you master framework agreements and the sale of complex digitalization solutions (EDM).**
- **Experience**: **Confirmed profile with ideally 5 years of experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales.**
- **Technical skills**: Mastery of prospecting techniques (phoning, networking), the Salesforce CRM tool, and the ability to provide reliable sales forecasts.
- **Aptitudes**: Excellent active listening skills to detect implicit needs and become a true partner for your clients.

- **Organization and rigor**: Ability to manage a large fleet with rigorous administrative follow-up and reporting.
