**B2B Sales Engineer**

- Property Managers & Condominiums (M/F)

At the heart of the major challenges of energy transition and building safety, join our Rungis agency to take charge of a strategic business portfolio. In direct contact with the Agency Director, you will provide high value-added expert solutions (energy audits, project management, diagnostics, compliance) to property managers and syndics.

### Your missions

- Develop a lasting relationship of trust with a portfolio of key account clients (Property Managers, Project Owners).
- Analyze complex field needs and build adapted engineering offers with the constant support of our technical experts.
- Detect, structure, and win key consultations and calls for tenders in the sector.
- Manage your business 360°: From the first contact to delivery, ensure customer satisfaction and master the financial monitoring of your contracts.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Profile sought:**

Ideally holding a 2-year to 5-year degree from a Business and/or Engineering School, you have at least 2 years of experience in selling services. **Experience with condominium management companies (syndics) is mandatory.** Knowledge of one of our business sectors would be a plus.

**Serious, without taking yourself too seriously**, you wish to evolve in a **friendly environment** that rewards performance, you are curious, enjoy teamwork, demonstrate **excellent commercial interpersonal skills** and a genuine sense of service, then do not hesitate to apply!
