## **The role**
On behalf of a major construction group, renowned for its friendly atmosphere and human values, you are the HR contact person dedicated to managing temporary workers on construction sites. You ensure the direct operational link between site managers and partner temporary employment agencies.
### Your missions
**Contract management, timesheets and invoicing**
- Establish and monitor temporary worker assignment contracts.
- Check and validate timesheets as well as invoicing from temporary employment agencies.
- Ensure strict legal compliance of contracts with regard to labor law and BTP specificities (reasons for recourse, waiting periods, safety authorizations).
**Operational field interface and continuous improvement**
- Communicate daily with site managers to collect and frame their temporary staffing needs.
- Manage the operational relationship with partner temporary employment agencies and make occasional trips to construction sites.
- Propose and deploy optimization axes to simplify administrative flows between the head office and the field.

- **Contract**: Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
- **Status**: ETAM
- **Hours**: 39h / week (with 6 days of RTT per year)
- **Remuneration**: 31K€ 34K€ gross annual

## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought
- **Education**: Mandatory ***Bac+2*** degree (BTS SAM, GPME, DUT/BUT GEA, or Professional Title in HR/administrative management).
- **Experience**: Confirmed experience in a temporary employment agency or within an HR department managing temporary staff, ideally in the BTP sector.
- **Technical skills**: Very good command of office tools, particularly Excel (dashboards, formulas, data tracking). Knowledge of the legal rules of temporary work.
- **Interpersonal skills & Soft skills**: Sense of organization, responsiveness, interpersonal ease and field posture to communicate effectively with site teams.
