In a dynamic environment, you will take full responsibility for the production and complete management of the payroll cycle, from the recovery/integration of elements to social declarations (100% payroll position). Your missions: - Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 employees (evolving volume that can reach up to 300 employees). In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be: - Payroll management and production from A to Z: Integration, entry, calculation, control, and verification of all payroll slips. - Social declarations: Establishment, control, and electronic transmission of monthly and event-based DSN. - Management of leaves and absences: Processing of IJSS, provident files, monitoring of sick leave/work accidents, and payroll adjustments. - Final settlement: Payroll processing and calculation of severance pay / STC. - Team collaboration: Close synergy with the 2 people in charge of pre-payroll for the collection and transmission of variable elements. ## **The profile we're looking for** **Your profile:** With a Bac +2/+3 degree specializing in Payroll / Accounting, you have successful experience in a similar position focused on pure payroll processing.
