You will be involved in the operational monitoring of investments made within the framework of life insurance contracts, ensuring the proper execution of financial operations, the reliability of data, and the consistency of the positions held. This position will allow you to evolve in a demanding financial environment, in contact with various players in securities operations and investment management. ### **Your missions** Within the operational teams, you will be responsible for - Management of financial orders: prepare and transmit buy and sell orders for various financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and structured products, as well as transfers associated with discretionary management. - Monitoring of operations: check the proper execution of orders, verify the applied prices, and ensure the recording of operations in the dedicated tools. - Management of structured products: participate in subscription campaigns on the primary market and ensure the monitoring of operations with partners and back-office teams. - Processing of corporate actions (OST): ensure the monitoring of events affecting the securities held in the portfolio. - Reconciliations and controls: reconcile the positions of life insurance contracts with the securities accounts held with account keepers, identify discrepancies, and analyze their origin. - Regularizations: evaluate the financial impacts of anomalies and propose corrective operations after hierarchical validation. - Investment monitoring: process operations on real estate assets and illiquid units of account, monitor positions, and contribute to reporting. - Asset-liability monitoring: participate in controls aimed at ensuring consistency between the assets held and the commitments related to the contracts. ## **The profile we're looking for** You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance and ideally have at least 4 years of experience in back-office or financial middle-office, including internships and work-study programs. You have solid knowledge of financial products and operational processes related to investment management. ### Experience in the following subjects will be particularly appreciated - Corporate actions and order routing. - Equities, bonds, UCITS, and structured products. - Valuation control and position reconciliation. - Investment management within the framework of life insurance contracts. - Monitoring of financial flows and processing of operational anomalies. - An intermediate level of English is expected. **Your qualities** You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to analyze anomalies and find solutions.
