Centralized banking management: As a true point of contact, you administer banking access, powers, and authorizations for both the headquarters and the hotel establishments. Compliance & internal control: You participate in KYC and Due Diligence processes (acquisitions/divestments, bank requests) and guarantee the serenity of operations via WorldCheck screening and compliance with Finance procedures. Financial support & Management control: You provide valuable support on various administrative tasks, particularly in monitoring the insurance of the hotel portfolio. ## **The profile we're looking for** With at least a Bac Pro in Management Administration or a BTS in Management Assistance (or equivalent), you have a first successful experience of 2 to 3 years (including work-study). Experience in a multi-entity or international context is a serious asset. **Technical know-how:** You master accounting fundamentals, payment circuits, and Excel at an advanced level. Agile with digital tools, you learn quickly (knowledge of Yooz is a plus!). **Soft skills & Languages:** Methodical, rigorous, and endowed with a real sense of detail, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills and responsiveness. Weekly duration: 37H (Hours: 9 AM-5 PM or 6 PM) and 1h lunch break. Added to this remuneration are a discretionary bonus (first payment early 2028), a Company Savings Plan, as well as access to a PERCO. Restaurant vouchers for teleworking days, as well as access to the company restaurant. 9 RTT days. Remuneration range: 32-36Ke over 12 months.
