Support residents throughout their personal and residential journey. Carry out incoming and outgoing property inspections. Contribute to rent collection and monitoring of unpaid debts. ### Marketing & Partnerships Prospect, select rental candidates and manage files through to contract signing. Develop and maintain a solid network with schools, universities and local housing providers (town halls, prefectures, Action Logement collectors). Conduct active competitive intelligence in your sector. ### Animation, Technical & Reporting Participate in setting up activities and events that promote social ties and conviviality within the residences. Plan maintenance interventions, monitor external service providers and supervise the refurbishment of housing before re-letting. Prepare reports, analyze results and contribute to writing activity reports. ## **The profile we're looking for** With a Bac to Bac +2 level education, with a specialization in real estate and technical management, you have 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience as a site manager in social housing is a real asset. Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and strong adaptability, you have solid skills to work in proximity. You combine a sense of initiative, analytical spirit and the ability to master allocated resources (budget, material means and equipment) while respecting costs. You have good writing skills and perfectly master office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Finally, you appreciate the culture of an associative company (human richness, responsiveness, shared challenges). Attracted by a versatile field function, you like to evolve in contact with residents and multiple partners. Benefits & Conditions: Remuneration: €29,000 to €33,000 gross annual (depending on experience) + 13th month. Working time organization: Full time (38 hours with variable hours) with 18 RTT days. 2 shifts planned until 8 PM per week. Time Savings Account (CET). Mobility: Weekly travel to be expected. Driving license B required.
