## **The role**

We are looking for a **billing and payroll manager (M/F)** for our **management center** based in Evreux for a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.

In connection with the employment agencies, the billing and payroll manager actively contributes to the quality of service delivery by taking charge of the payroll for temporary staff and customer invoices within the framework of internal procedures and compliance with legislation.

### Your main missions will be as follows

- Ensure the processing of time sheets from the management division agencies
- Enter and check payroll variables
- Enter and check weekly advances
- Ensure the management of customer billing for the management division: check data reliability, carry out the weekly and monthly billing procedure, send invoices to customers according to their specificities
- Ensure the application of framework agreements and service offers
- Ensure the transparent handling of customer disputes
- Carry out the monthly payroll process
- Provide 1st level payroll and billing support to the management division agencies
- Ensure the application of current regulations and advise on compliance with ACTUAL organizational requirements
- Ensure good internal communication with the network of employment agencies and the group's support services
- Participate and get involved in continuous improvement processes and management center projects

## **The profile we're looking for**

### PROFILE

With a BAC+2 level education in Management, you have initial experience in a similar position and ideally knowledge of the temporary work sector. This position is also open to holders of a professional title of "Payroll Manager."

You are recognized for your rigor, your method and your organization.

Your adaptability and interpersonal skills will allow you to successfully carry out the assigned missions. You feel ready to work in a team.
