## **The role**

At the heart of commercial operations, you are the pivot between our major client accounts (retail chains) and the internal supply chain. You ensure the fluidity of order processing through to delivery, while optimizing customer satisfaction and the financial monitoring of files. Your main missions: Order Management & Retailer Relations: Integrate and track EDI orders, while resolving integration anomalies. Take and schedule delivery appointments on retailer portals directly with their supply planners. Track backorders and manage product availability in end-of-aisle displays. Actively participate in weekly retailer meetings to ensure activity monitoring. Logistics & Promotional Operations: Manage the handling of promotional operations.

If you are organized, rigorous, and have excellent interpersonal skills, join us to contribute to the performance of our supply chain! Manage merchandise returns in close liaison with the warehouse. Be the preferred contact for the Transport unit. Administrative & Financial Monitoring: Handle the management of anomalies and disputes, credit notes, and re-invoicing. Interact daily with key departments: Transport, Forecasters, Accounting.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Bac+2 level in administrative or commercial management. Significant experience in a similar role, allowing you to be quickly operational in order management and customer relations. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel, as well as good ease with ERP-type management software are essential to carry out your missions. You demonstrate an excellent team spirit and very good interpersonal skills, qualities that will allow you to ensure fluid and responsive follow-up with our partners and clients.
