## **The role**

Do you like it when everything runs smoothly, order lines are perfectly orchestrated, and customer satisfaction is at its peak? Join our Sales Administration team!

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, you will become the strong link between customers, the sales force, and the supply chain.

Your daily missions: As a true conductor of your client accounts, you ensure the management of contracts from A to Z, from order taking to final delivery:

**Order management**: entry, validation, and tracking of shipments in strict compliance with deadlines.

**Customer relationship & dispute management**: reactive handling of complaints, management and contesting of logistics/transport penalties in partnership with the Sales Administration Manager.

**Stock & allocation monitoring**: optimization of availability, support for promotional operations, and anticipation of stockouts (with immediate proposal of alternative solutions!).

**Pricing & contract guarantee**: ensuring compliance with commercial commitments and rigorous maintenance of databases (prices, networks, client files).

## **The profile we're looking for**

Bac+2 (Technical Sales, Management/Commerce) or equivalent successful experience in Sales Administration.

Sector: You master the specificities and requirements of mass retail (GMS) and logistics.

Tools: Excel holds no secrets for you and you are comfortable with ERPs (SAP, Navision).

Assets: Excellent interpersonal skills, responsiveness, rigor, and a taste for team problem-solving.
