## **The role**

**Actual Talent** is the international talent acquisition consultancy of Actual Group. It offers Executive Search, RPO, and Talent Solutions services.

Our mission is to drive the growth and fulfillment of both people and organizations. We make it easy for people to find inspiring opportunities and help organizations identify professionals who will take them to the next level. We achieve this through talent acquisition and development solutions focused on people, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.

From Actual Talent Spain, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer / Full-Stack to join as a Technical Lead for a strategic Digital Banking project in Andorra.

- 💻 Stack: Java + React Native
- 👥 Role: development + technical leadership + team/project coordination
- 🏦 Project: Digital Banking / new banking solutions and applications
- 📄 Contract: permanent, directly under Andorran labor conditions

We are looking for a Senior profile with solid experience in Java, capable of progressively taking on the coordination of teams and projects. We are not looking for a pure PMO: the technical component is fundamental. React Native is highly valued.

✨ The position offers the possibility to take a step forward from a purely technical role to a Technical Lead position, within a stable and strategic project of an international private bank present in 9 countries.

🇦🇩 Additionally, support is offered for adaptation to the country, including Catalan classes linked to residency requirements.
