You will act as an **IAM specialist**, with an **end-to-end** approach to identity topics: from needs analysis to design, architecture, implementation, and solution evolution. The position is primarily oriented towards **BUILD and transformation**, with occasional involvement in operations when complex subjects require it. **Your missions** - Analyze business and technical needs related to identities and access - Design and evolve existing IAM architectures - Integrate new applications (on-premise, cloud, SaaS) into the IAM ecosystem - Maintain and evolve the existing Identity Management solution (Microsoft Identity Manager) - Contribute to architecture work in multi-AD and multi-tenant contexts - Perform adjustments and customizations (scripting, understanding and adapting existing code) - Document architectures, processes, and identity flows - Occasionally provide advanced support (L3) on identity/directory topics **Technical environment** - Active Directory (on-premise & cloud) - Hybrid identity / Microsoft 365 (multi-tenant) - Identity & Access Management (IAM / IM) - Authentication & federation (Kerberos, SSO, SAML, CAS…) - Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) - PowerShell scripting – C# knowledge appreciated **Your profile** - Master's degree (Bac+5) - Significant experience (approximately 5 to 10 years) in IAM, identity, or directory topics - Solid understanding of IAM fundamentals: identity lifecycle, authoritative sources, application integration, security - Comfortable in complex, non-siloed environments - Curious, passionate about identity topics, with a strong ability to learn - Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager is a plus, but **not essential** **Why join this project?** - A **key and structuring** position at the heart of the organization's IAM challenges - Strong autonomy and a real **architectural dimension** - Impactful projects in a stimulating and transforming environment - A committed, expert, and collaborative team **Additional information** - CDI – Executive status (SYNTEC agreement) - Remuneration: starting from 65 K€ gross annual depending on profile - Location: Paris 17th, then Paris 10th from Q2 2026 - Active policy in favor of inclusion and disability ### **Want to join the adventure?** Apply without waiting! ## **Apply for this job** ## Sitemap See the full [sitemap](/sitemap.md) for all pages.
