## **The role**

Actual Talent has been mandated by its client, a leading accounting, auditing, and consulting firm based in Alsace, Lorraine, and Paris with over 150 employees, to recruit a **Chartered Accountant** (M/F) due to an increase in activity. Combining the strength of a recognized regional group with the proximity of a human-sized structure, this firm bases its success on a passion for the profession, quality of customer service, and skills development. ### Your missions

- You manage a professional client portfolio based between €800,000 and €1 million, with a clientele mainly composed of franchisees, with a large part coming from the retail sector.
- Strategic and tax advice: tax optimization (corporate/income tax), anticipation of tax decisions, research for tax credits, and assistance during audits.
- High-level balance sheet operations: support for business creation, acquisition/disposal, restructuring, and choice of real estate structures (SCI, etc.).
- Management & Wealth: implementation of dashboards, financial analysis, and advice on the manager's wealth management.
- Supervision & Technical Guarantee: review of accounts, validation of balance sheets/tax returns, and supervision of staff teams.
- Client relationship & Partnership: role of privileged interlocutor for managers for tailor-made daily support.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- **Your profile:**

- You hold the DEC (Diplôme d'Expert-Comptable) mandatorily.
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience as a chartered accountant.
- Proven experience in managing large portfolios or sector-specific dominance (retail, franchises, SME groups).
- You are a unifier to supervise staff teams.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different types of managers.
