### About the client

### Site Manager (M/F)

A company in the construction sector is looking to hire a **Site Manager (M/F)** to coordinate and supervise the execution of work on-site, ensuring compliance with the technical, quality, deadline, and safety objectives established in the project.

### Job Mission

Coordinate and supervise activities carried out on-site and the operational staff, ensuring the correct execution of daily work from a technical and preventive perspective, contributing to the project's success.

### Types of Projects

We move away from public works and the residential sector to focus on unique projects of great architectural and technical value.

**What type of projects will you lead?** Your activity will focus on the **Madrid** metropolitan areas, managing projects for:

- **Corporate Headquarters:** State-of-the-art offices and disruptive workspaces.
- **Premium Retail:** Flagships and commercial premises for top-tier brands.
- **Hospitality:** High-end hotels and leisure spaces.

### Main Functions

- Opening and closing of the site, personnel access control, receipt of materials, and site layout.
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and correct organization of the site.
- Coordinate and supervise executed work, ensuring its quality.
- Management of stockpiles, materials, auxiliary means, and necessary resources.
- Control of progress and performance of subcontractors.
- Supervision of work performed by industrial contractors and subcontractors, both in execution and means used.
- Coordination of business activities following the instructions of the Site Manager.
- Practical application of the Health and Safety Plan or Preventive Management Document, informing workers of specific preventive measures.
- Control of the use of PPE and the correct state of collective protection equipment.
- Organization and coordination of work teams, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Identification and communication of detected risks, proposing corrective or preventive measures.
- Access control and verification of personnel clocking on the document control platform.
- Guarantee compliance with safety rules and internal procedures by own and subcontracted personnel.
- Participation in health and safety coordination meetings.
- Collaboration in the investigation of work-related incidents and accidents.
- Acting as a Preventive Resource when required, especially in work considered of special danger.
- Application of the Waste Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Environmental Monitoring Plan.
- Knowledge and application of the workplace emergency plan.

### Responsibilities

- Stop activity in situations of serious and imminent risk, communicating it immediately to Management and the OHS department.
- Guarantee the correct application of preventive measures and internal procedures.
- Promote a preventive culture on-site.
- Assume legal responsibility derived from the supervision of work and site safety, according to current regulations.

### Requirements

**Education and qualifications**

- High school diploma, vocational training (FP I or FP II) in construction or installations.
- Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum 60 hours – basic level).

**Knowledge**

- Office tools (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of Lean Construction.
- Sustainability and circular construction.
- ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
