## **The role**

LEADER /ACTUAL is looking for one of its clients, an expert in banking services, for a Back Office Agent for their site based near Taden (22).

### <u>Your main missions will be:</u>

- Record and control financial operations
- Compile, verify, and update client files
- Verify the compliance of transactions
- Archive and secure data in accordance with internal rules
- Report suspicious operations
- Assist client advisors

\> Production assistant and commercial support: Perform production operations, ensuring the quality of services provided at all times in compliance with procedures and deadlines.

- Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30-16:30
- Remuneration: 12.31€/h
- Date: from 02/11 to 30/04/2027

## **The profile we're looking for**

- Master office tools (Word, Excel..)
- Have a banking culture
- Know banking and financial products, processes, and rules in force
- Have general banking knowledge (ethics, financing)
- Know and be able to use professional tools
- Graduate with a Bac with at least 12 months of experience in back office or a Bac +2/3, with at least 6 months of experience in back office (internship and work-study included)
