You will intervene in compliance with NEOLER's procedures, safety rules, and quality standards. ### Your main responsibilities **Technical interventions** - Prepare interventions (file analysis, equipment, documentation). - Carry out contractual preventive maintenance visits. - Perform curative maintenance operations (troubleshooting, corrective work, interventions based on quotes). - Install generators (fixed, temporary, power plants) and UPS systems. - Wire, connect, and commission new installations. **Diagnosis and expertise** - Diagnose electrical and electromechanical failures. - Carry out technical surveys necessary for establishing quotes. - Propose solutions for compliance, improvement, or renovation. - Intervene on automation systems (electromechanical, relaying, PLCs). - Program generator automation systems. **Reporting and customer relations** - Write intervention and technical visit reports. - Ensure reliable feedback to internal teams. - Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Safety and compliance** - Strictly apply hygiene and safety rules. - Guarantee the compliance of interventions and installations. ## **The profile we're looking for** With a Bac+2 degree in Electrotechnics or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial or energy environment. ### You are recognized for your technical skills - Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams. - Solid knowledge of electrotechnics and industrial electricity. - Basics in mechanics applied to generators. - Knowledge of automation and PLC programming. - Ability to diagnose complex failures and work autonomously. ### And for your personal qualities - Sense of customer service and quality. - Rigor, organization, and autonomy. - Technical curiosity and learning ability. - Versatility, adaptability, and dynamism. - Availability and appetite for a mobile position. **Why join NEOLER?** - An independent, human-sized company based on team spirit and solidarity. - Real recognition of everyone's commitment and work. - Local management and tools adapted to field realities. - A demanding, stimulating, and educational technical environment. **Ready to join the adventure?** Do you recognize yourself in the spirit of the position?
