## **The role**

### Your Missions

- **Team management and supervision:** You will be responsible for leading a team of 5 people, ensuring good work organization, continuous training, and performance monitoring.
- **Advice and customer relations:** You are the guarantor of quality service and personalized advice in terms of health, well-being, and beauty. You will also develop actions to promote revenue growth by highlighting products and promotions.
- **Stock and supply management:** You will ensure proper stock management, product replenishment, and the setup of seasonal products, while respecting hygiene and safety rules.
- **Administrative monitoring and compliance:** You will be responsible for ensuring product compliance, traceability, and adherence to expiration dates, while providing regular reporting of results.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile sought

**Education:**

Doctor of Pharmacy degree mandatory

### Skills

- Team management (previous experience is a plus, but training is provided)
- Sense of customer service and advice in health, well-being, and beauty
- Rigor and organization
- Good stress management and quick decision-making

### Qualities

- Natural leadership, ability to motivate a team
- Adaptability and responsiveness to market changes and customer needs
- Strong professional ethics and empathy towards customers
- ### Working conditions**Contract type:** CDI (permanent contract), executive status
- **Remuneration:** Attractive over 13 months, with performance-based bonuses
- **Benefits:** Profit-sharing and participation, 12 RTT days
