### About the client

Our client is an educational organization specializing in healthcare training, currently undergoing a process of growth and digitalization of its academic processes. Its academic department, located in Madrid, manages complex operations covering teaching logistics, training resource production, and learning platforms.

### About the position

We are looking for a Faculty Director (M/F) to lead the organization's comprehensive faculty strategy: recruitment, hiring, planning, development, engagement, and retention of a high-quality teaching staff. Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer and serving as part of the academic department's Management Committee, this person will be responsible for:

- Defining the Faculty strategy and the organization's teaching model.
- Developing and consolidating the proprietary training model as a benchmark in the sector.
- Promoting teaching innovation projects and active learning methodologies.
- Leading the recruitment and selection of teaching talent for both regulated and non-regulated programs.
- Fostering high-level relationships with hospitals, universities, professional associations, and scientific societies.
- Managing a national teaching community, ensuring commitment and satisfaction.
- Designing succession plans to minimize dependence on critical profiles.
- Designing the optimal mix between employed and freelance faculty, leading economic and contractual negotiations.
- Implementing sustainable hiring and compensation policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Preparing and managing the annual faculty budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resources.
- Collaborating with the organization's academic, commercial, and operational areas.

### Requirements

*Experience*

- Minimum 10 years of experience in faculty management in universities, business schools, higher education institutions, or educational groups.
- Demonstrable experience implementing pedagogical models and teaching innovation projects.
- Experience leading complex teaching staffs with different engagement models (employment and/or freelance).
- Experience in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining high-level teachers.
- Experience negotiating economic and contractual terms with senior faculty and renowned experts.
- Experience in teaching capacity planning and academic program coverage.
- Experience managing significant budgets associated with faculty and teaching activity.

### Education

- Higher university degree.
- Postgraduate training in educational management, business administration, or human resources is a plus.

### Languages

- Native or bilingual Spanish.
- High professional English (minimum C1).

### Competencies

- Strategic thinking and executive communication.
- Pedagogical leadership and ability to inspire faculty.
- Political and organizational intelligence: stakeholder management and complex negotiation.
- Execution capacity and results orientation in fast-growth environments.
- Experience in transformation and growth environments.
