## **The role**

As part of an internal mobility and the development of its field network, KIABI is looking for its future talent to lead the Champagne region. Within an agile and collaborative environment, you take responsibility for a perimeter of about twenty stores (branches and affiliates), bringing together about 200 employees.

Reporting to the Sales Department, you act as a true field business partner by directly supervising store leaders. This comprehensive position is an ideal strategic springboard to develop a global vision of the brand's performance and to aspire to join a management committee in the medium term.

CDI – based in the Champagne perimeter, with regular travel in the area and occasionally to the headquarters.

### Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

- **Drive the regional commercial strategy** to achieve economic and omnichannel objectives.
- **Support, challenge, and develop the skills** of store leaders in a spirit of benevolent demand.
- **Guarantee the overall profitability** of the park through optimized management of resources, expenses, and budgets.
- Animate the **customer culture** and **retail excellence** across your entire area.
- Relay and bring to life the **CSR commitments** as well as the group's HR and environmental policies.
- **Contribute to the network expansion strategy** by identifying opportunities in high-potential catchment areas.
- **Guarantee the safety of goods, people,** and compliance with operational procedures.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Your experience

You have **significant experience (minimum 5 years) acquired in retail or specialized mass distribution**, in network management, with successful experience as a Regional Director or in managing a large-scale site.

You master **multi-site commercial performance management**, supporting field managers, and network development logic.

You have a **strong customer culture**, a sense of economic responsibility, and an appetite for demanding environments.

You are comfortable in a mobile position, in constant interaction with field teams.

You demonstrate **inspiring leadership**, combining an entrepreneurial posture, active listening, and benevolent demand.

You enjoy **helping others progress**, structuring, challenging, but also celebrating successes.

You are comfortable in complex and evolving contexts and know how to keep a strategic course.

You communicate with clarity, you are proactive, and you unite teams.

Remuneration: between €45,000 and €60,000 gross/year depending on profile, excluding variables.
