## **The role**

As part of a replacement, the Bouches-du-Rhône and Vaucluse sector is opening up to new leadership. As an Employment Agency Sector Director (M/F), you will drive the strategic, commercial, and operational development of several agencies in this key territory. Under the responsibility of operational management, your role consists of guiding local teams to optimize overall performance and ensure economic profitability aligned with the group's strategy. ### Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

- Develop the commercial activity of the sector to sustainably increase local market shares.
- Structure the operational strategy to harmonize it with the culture and overall performance objectives.
- Optimize agency operations to maximize the success of the teams under your responsibility.
- Analyze socio-economic data and local markets to effectively adapt field operations.
- Encourage the sharing of best practices to establish a sustainable culture of excellence.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Experience

- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in multi-site management functions, acquired in the temporary work sector.

### Technical skills

- In-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric of the 13 and 84 departments.
- Strategic management and commercial development of B2B accounts.
- Management of performance indicators and analysis of market data.

### Behavioral skills

- Developed interpersonal intelligence, active listening, and natural promotion of cross-functional cooperation.
- Combative temperament, strong orientation towards achieving results and closing deals.
- Flexibility and operational rigor to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Proactive posture and ability to unite and motivate diverse teams.

### Travel to be expected

- Yes, regular travel is to be expected throughout the assigned geographical sector.

### Proposed conditions

- Remuneration: Between 45.0K€ and 55.0K€ / year
