## **The role**

**Steering and business development**

- Define and deploy the branch's commercial strategy in line with set objectives.
- Develop and retain the client portfolio.
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients and local partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.

**Management and organization**

- Supervise, support, and unite teams on a daily basis.
- Define objectives, monitor performance, and foster skills development.
- Participate in the recruitment and integration of new employees.
- Organize resources and coordinate activities to ensure operational efficiency.

**Management and economic performance**

- Develop and monitor the branch budget.
- Manage performance indicators, turnover, and profitability.
- Analyze results and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure regular activity reporting to management.

**Quality and continuous improvement**

- Guarantee the quality of services and compliance with client commitments.
- Ensure the application of safety rules and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the evolution of practices.
- Promote customer satisfaction and team cohesion.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Your profile

- You have **at least 5 years of experience in profit center management, branch management, or managing sales and/or technical teams**.
- You possess **solid skills in business development**, **negotiation, and financial management**.
- You are comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams and leading operational projects.
- Experience in a **technical or service environment** is an asset.

### Your qualities

Leadership, autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of initiative are essential to succeed in this role.

You know how to unite a team, make decisions, manage priorities, and reconcile customer satisfaction with economic performance.

Your interpersonal skills, pragmatism, and results-oriented mindset will allow you to thrive in this position.

*Salary range between 60k and 65k€ + 20k€ variable*
