## **The role**
**Presentation:** Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) within a family company specializing in real estate diagnostics, composed of 25 employees and recognized for its expertise, responsiveness, and the quality of its technical support.
As part of its development, we are looking for a Real Estate Diagnostician (M/F) based near Molsheim to intervene mainly in the Moselle sector, Metz / Thionville / Forbach axis.
Reporting to the Agency Manager and integrated into a friendly and close-knit team, you will work autonomously while benefiting from real technical support and a work environment based on mutual aid and proximity.
### Missions
- Perform regulatory real estate diagnostics in the context of sales, rentals, or works
- Carry out Energy Performance Diagnostics (DPE) in accordance with current regulations
- Perform technical surveys and on-site checks
- Draft diagnostic reports and ensure their compliance
- Advise and support clients on the technical aspects of diagnostics
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of interventions and files
- Participate in technical discussions and quarterly team meetings
### Other information:
- Full-time CDI
- Intervention sector: Moselle, Metz / Thionville / Forbach axis
- Salary: 2,300 to 2,800 euros gross monthly depending on profile and experience
- Quarterly collective bonus: between 300 and 700 euros gross
- Meal allowance: 10 euros per day worked
- Laptop and tablet provided
- 5-seater company vehicle after validation of the probationary period
- Technical support and field assistance
- Quarterly technical meetings
- Friendly work atmosphere with strong values of mutual aid and proximity
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
- You hold the Certification or Diploma of Diagnostician allowing the realization of the mandatory DPE
- Possession of complementary certifications (asbestos, lead, etc.) is a plus
- You have successful initial experience in the field of real estate diagnostics
- You are reactive, autonomous, rigorous, and have good customer relations skills
- Driving license B mandatory
