## **The role**

The ACTUAL recruitment firm is looking for a Business Developer (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract (CDI). Hunting area: All of France.

Imperative knowledge of the printing sector.

The company headquarters is based near LYON. The position is 100% field-based. You will be required to go to the headquarters once a month for the monthly meeting. The sales director is based in Lille, and communication is remote.

You will join a French industrial group recognized for its expertise in large-format printing, signage, and visual communication solutions.

As part of their development, we are looking for a France Sales Manager focused on conquest and the development of new markets.

A true hunter salesperson.

Reporting to the Sales Department, your main mission is to develop turnover throughout France.

You will actively prospect major retailers, retail chains, resellers, manufacturing offices, and communication agencies to promote visual communication and large-format digital printing solutions.

This position is resolutely focused on prospecting and winning new clients. You will manage the entire prospecting cycle, from identifying the target to closing.

- Prospecting and business development
- Identification of new market opportunities
- Appointment setting and negotiation
- Building a network of clients and partners
- Reporting your activity in the CRM

- Gross annual remuneration between €42,000 and €60,000

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for a salesperson with a hunter temperament, passionate about winning new clients.

Education level Bac +2 minimum (BTS, DUT, Licence) but field experience remains the main criterion.

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a field sales development role (B2B).
