## **The role**

Within a dynamic department dedicated to development and expertise, you play a key role in supporting and boosting the commercial performance of business introducers and partner networks.

As part of the team reinforcement, you will use your technical mastery and pedagogical sense to serve the network's efficiency, ensuring expert remote support. You will report directly to the Team Manager of Network Expertise and Development Delegates.

### Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

- Optimize the commercial efficiency of partner networks through customized remote coaching (preparation, execution, and follow-up of support meetings).
- Analyze competitive offers and study quotes to arm introducers during their sales and enrich industry monitoring.
- Structure and follow up on complex or derogatory projects until their final realization.
- Design and facilitate captivating skill development sessions to train partners.
- Contribute to the animation of digital tools and skill development platforms.
- Promote specific initiatives and the department's event program through targeted contact campaigns.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have proven experience in commercial network animation, remote commercial coaching, or training, ideally acquired in the field of personal insurance.

Technical skills: You have a perfect command of the environment and mechanisms of Health, Individual and/or Collective Provident, Borrower, and group cabinet products (knowledge of insurance ranges dedicated to professionals is a strong asset).

### Behavioral skills

- Rigor and excellent personal organization method.
- Interpersonal skills, expert posture, and strong powers of persuasion.
- Pedagogy, creativity, and a sense of innovation in the transmission of skills.

### Travel to be expected

- Yes, with overnight stays to be expected.

### Proposed conditions

- Remuneration: +/- 45/72K€ gross annual fixed over 12 months (Executive status, annual day package). The salary will be discussed, taking into account the experience and expertise of each candidate.
- Benefits: Mutual insurance (2/3 coverage), 15% annual bonus with upside, meal vouchers, PEE, PEG, profit sharing, access to a network of nurseries available for employees, LLD vehicle made available for a contribution.
