## **The role**
Reporting to the upstream zone team leader (culinary preparations and packaging), and within a team of 3 to 4 kitchen and spice preparers, you are in charge of carrying out culinary preparations intended to be packaged in trays.
### To do this, you must carry out the **following missions**
- Use the machine programs adapted to each recipe
- Carry out inter-batch cleaning operations on each piece of equipment
- Respect manufacturing processes by systematically referring to the recipe book
- Respect the hygiene, quality, and safety rules of the factory and the work area
- Identify and weigh each element of the prepared recipes
- Anticipate and communicate with the workshops upstream and downstream of your zone (raw material reception and logistics as well as packaging lines) in order to carry out your preparations Just-in-time
- Participate in the tidying up and continuous improvement of the work area
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Your profile:
You possess culinary knowledge acquired through culinary training, validated by a diploma (Bac Pro, CAP, BEP...) and you like to work efficiently and as part of a team.
You are available to work in shifts (3x8 possibility). You are comfortable communicating with others in a professional setting as well as working autonomously. You are comfortable with computer tools (computer, machine setting consoles).
