## **The role**

Reporting to the General Manager, you take operational responsibility for the Electricity activity and ensure the link between field teams, support functions, and clients.

As a true conductor of the activity, you manage interventions, support technicians, develop client relationships, and guarantee the proper execution of services in compliance with technical, financial, and contractual commitments.

### Your main responsibilities

**Management and steering of teams**

- Supervise, lead, and support the electrical activity technicians.
- Organize resources according to skills and operational priorities.
- Ensure the planning of interventions and optimize travel.
- Guarantee the skill development of teams and the sharing of best practices.

**Operational management of business**

- Ensure complete follow-up of maintenance, repair, and work files.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and service quality.
- Supervise the progress of interventions and billing follow-up.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.

**Technical expertise and client support**

- Analyze the technical needs of clients and propose adapted solutions.
- Carry out cost estimates, prepare technical offers, and defend proposed solutions.
- Advise clients on the evolution and sustainability of their installations.
- Manage technical complaints and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

**Project management and technical coordination**

- Manage technical studies and coordinate interfaces with the Design Office and suppliers.
- Participate in calls for tenders and the drafting of specifications.
- Qualify technical environments and intervention constraints.
- Ensure the integration of electrical equipment and solutions into projects.

**Safety and compliance**

- Ensure the application of QHSE rules across all interventions.
- Participate in risk analyses and prevention plans.
- Guarantee compliance with regulations in force at clients' sites as well as within the company.

## **The profile we're looking for**

With a higher education degree in electrotechnics (BTS, DUT or equivalent), you have significant experience in managing electrical technical activities in an industrial or energy environment.

### You possess solid skills in

- Industrial electricity and electrotechnics.
- Reading and analyzing electrical diagrams.
- Maintenance management and technical interventions.
- Costing and preparation of technical offers.  
  Management of technical teams.

Knowledge of generator sets, electrical backup systems, UPS or energy installations is a real asset.
