## **The role**

Join a dynamic team as a **Production Coordinator (m/f)** in **Malville (44260)**! We are offering a full-time position of **35 hours per week** with an hourly rate of **€14.66 GROSS**.

### Your main missions

As a true conductor, your role will be to **plan manufacturing files** in close collaboration with support departments. You will be responsible for updating the **production schedule** based on resources and contingencies, while ensuring precise tracking of manufacturing times in the **ERP**.

Your daily life will consist of **organizing activities** and ensuring smooth coordination between production, support departments, and the sales department to meet our customers' specific needs. You will also ensure compliance with deadlines, management of delivery notes, as well as monitoring key performance indicators such as **non-quality costs** and **OTD**.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of **Production Coordinator (m/f)**, we are looking for a person with an excellent sense of organization and the ability to manage operational flows with precision.

The ideal candidate has a **level III diploma**

- Bac +2 (BTS, DUT or equivalent) in supply chain / logistics and/or professional experience in production coordination.

Mastery of planning tools and strong **methodological rigor** are essential to optimize production performance on a daily basis.

We expect a collaborator with **very good interpersonal skills**, capable of effectively coordinating teams while demonstrating great responsiveness to the unexpected.
