## **The role**

Missions

Steering and deployment of a support and placement service for job seekers: Coordinate the activity: - Manage the organization of the deployment and the operation of the action - Ensure compliance with rules and specifications - Monitoring of time and schedules of assigned personnel - Budget monitoring - Collection and analysis of indicators - Reporting data to the Activity Manager - Reporting malfunctions or needs - Management and monitoring of alerts Manage teams: - Supervise teams in your sector - Participate in the recruitment of operational staff and ensure mentoring - Integration and training on tools for teams - Reporting training/skills needs - Provide support to CIPs and at all stages of the service - Conduct regular check-ins with teams and management - Carry out EADP and stage interviews Development: - Development of territorial networking - Development of proxy relationships - Development of markets and AAP/AO Transversality (nationally) - Secure the link with support functions - Guarantee the sharing of data and documents - Ensure the sharing of candidate CVs - Guarantee the securing of beneficiaries towards employment

## **The profile we're looking for**

Job conditions - Contract type: 1-year CDD - Remuneration: 2403.71 euros gross/month (36h/week - 6 days RTT) - Location: You will be attached to the Angers agency, mobility on the 49 department agencies required - Benefits: Up lunch card (9E per day worked with 60% coverage by the employer), equipment (phone and laptop), discount via the CSE, possibility of having a service vehicle, internal mobility within the ACTUAL group via the job board

Envergure is looking for a Territorial Coordinator (M/F) to manage and deploy support and professional training missions. You will be based in ANGERS, mobility within the department is required. As a true interface between your teams and the regional manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the activity of the teams in your sector.
