## **The role**

As part of the strengthening of its teams, CDC Informatique is looking for a Risk Controller to join the Department of Risk Management, Permanent Control, Compliance, and Ethics (DMRC).

Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this key position contributes to securing the company's activities and the sustainability of its governance.

### Your main missions will be to

- Provide a risk opinion on any subject within your scope
- Perform risk reviews of activities within your scope
- Participate in updating the risk map and risk appetite
- Train operational staff to encourage the development of a risk culture at all levels of the company
- Define risk and permanent control matrices for their processes with operational managers
- Support level 1 controllers on risk and permanent control matrices for their processes
- Train and assist operational staff for first-level controls and the definition of action plans
- Ensure second-level internal control
- Monitor the implementation of action plans
- Follow up on audit recommendations
- Ensure the update of the risk map, permanent control sheets, action plans, and recommendation tracking in the ERM tool
- Prepare and facilitate risk committees for the business areas within your scope
- Prepare and participate in the semi-annual risk committee
- Intervene in any internal control mission related to your scope.

The challenges are for ICDC to master its risks and be in compliance with regulatory aspects, risk directives, and CDC Group audit.

You perform the role of risk controller: In this capacity, you are in contact with the CDC Risk Department, the Group's central audit inspection, and all ICDC Departments for the subjects you handle.

You have an alerting role to the Chief Risk Officer regarding any event likely to put the company at major risk.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Hard skills

- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in permanent control, risk management, and/or audit
- **Solid IT knowledge**
- Good knowledge of the processes of an IT company
- Appreciated certifications: CISA or equivalent

### Soft skills

- Integrity
- Analytical rigor, reduction of uncertainty
- Critical thinking
- Team spirit, interpersonal skills
- Autonomy
- Pedagogical sense.

Your experience in the subject means you know how to manage numerous complex files in the demanding environment that is risk management and permanent control.
