## **The role**

### Reporting to the Financial Department / General Management, your main missions will be to

- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Set up and monitor dashboards and performance indicators
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals and propose corrective actions
- Ensure financial monitoring of construction sites and projects
- Support site managers and operational managers in steering their activity
- Participate in monthly closings and results analysis
- Produce regular reports for Management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of management control tools and procedures
- Be a driving force for proposals to optimize the company's profitability and performance

## **The profile we're looking for**

### The profile sought

With a higher education degree in finance, management control, accounting, or business school, you ideally have initial experience in management control, preferably in the construction or public works sector.

### You are

- Comfortable with numbers and analysis
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Possessing a good spirit of synthesis
- Comfortable in exchanges with operational teams
- Curious and proactive
- Comfortable with Excel and reporting tools
- Knowledge of construction site monitoring, cost, and margin issues would be a real asset.
