Within **Actual Talent**, the **Executive Search & Interim Management** division supports executives and management committees during key moments of their development: organizational transformation, growth, structuring, executive replacement, or steering strategic projects.

### Our team is currently developing a demanding and high-quality approach to this profession, based on

As part of our development, we are recruiting an **Interim Management Mission Director (M/F)** to contribute to the growth and structuring of this activity.

Job DescriptionReporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will act in a **360°** role, combining business development, needs qualification, selection of interim managers, and mission steering.

You will support executives in identifying and implementing interim management solutions adapted to their challenges.

### Your main responsibilities

- develop and manage a portfolio of decision-makers (CEO, HRD, CFO, operational or IT management)
- identify situations generating missions (transformation, replacement, growth, strategic projects)
- qualify needs and frame interim management missions
- identify and select suitable interim managers
- support client decision-making and secure the launch of missions
- ensure the follow-up of missions in a **client – manager – firm** partnership logic
- develop and animate a network of qualified interim managers

The Profile

- Higher education (business school, HR, or equivalent)
- **7 to 12 years of experience** in consulting, executive recruitment, or interim management
- Strong appetite for **business development and executive relations**
- Ability to quickly understand business and organizational challenges
- Entrepreneurial spirit and taste for business development

Experience in an **interim management, executive search, or consulting firm** is an asset.
