## **The role**

Mission context: The Actual Group wishes to design and deploy its group strategic steering tool (KPI Dashboard) directly for its Top Management. The challenge is major: to structure, homogenize, and objectify decision-making within management bodies (COMEX & CODIR). We are looking for an exceptional hybrid profile, capable of combining strategic vision, analytical rigor, and relational diplomacy to carry this project from A to Z. Your missions: Reporting to the Group's strategic departments, you will lead the creation and adoption of this executive dashboard around 4 key axes: Scoping & Analytical Modeling: Frame the need with Top Management and define strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Design the ergonomics, data visualizations, and strategic reading angles to facilitate decision-making. Design & Implementation: Orchestrate the technical and functional implementation of the dashboard while ensuring the reliability and quality of the data provided. Support & Change Management: Lead the operational deployment to the COMEX and CODIRs. Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure rapid adoption by decision-makers. Value Measurement & Steering: Demonstrate the direct impact of the tool on strategic decision-making and ensure initial monitoring before handover. Profile sought: Experience: Senior / Expert profile (+10 years of experience) combining decision-making engineering (Analytics/BI) and strategic program management. Executive track-record: You have already successfully designed and deployed a group steering dashboard for management committees (COMEX/CODIR) within an ETI or a large group. Hybrid dual skill set: Tech & Analytics: Mastery of data, KPI design, and Data Visualization best practices. Project & Business Management: Ability to manage a large-scale project, synthesize complex subjects, and align demanding stakeholders. Relational qualities: Assertive executive posture, political finesse, pedagogy, and relational ease with high-level profiles. Key skills & Tools: Strategy & Performance: Corporate performance management, strategic KPI modeling, business vision. Data & UX: Data Visualization, Dataviz Storytelling, decision-making dashboard design. Project Management: Needs scoping, project/program management, change management. Soft Skills: Relational intelligence, diplomacy, influence capacity, executive communication.
