**Join the Ekip RH adventure: Manage your HR consulting business with complete independence.**

Ekip RH, a subsidiary of Groupe Actual (5th largest employment player), offers you the opportunity to become the master of your success. As an independent HR Consultant, benefit from the strength of a national network while developing your own HR consulting business.

**You develop your client base independently in your territory.** The network provides you with a training program for your first 3 months as well as all the tools and services to establish yourself as **the reference HR consultant in your locality.**

**Your role & missions**

- Business development: Build and retain your client portfolio independently.
- Consulting expertise: Identify specific needs and design tailor-made HR consulting offers (Audit, HR Structuring, Recruitment, Training, etc.).
- Mission management: Carry out and calibrate services from A to Z with your clients.
- Local influence: Become the reference HR consultant and increase your reputation in your territory.
