### Analyze company needs

- Participation in taking orders, company visits and analysis of positions to be filled

### Source and recruit talent

- Searching for candidates via our tools, leading recruitment actions, interviews and selection of profiles, supporting candidates towards success,
- Contribution to their integration, safety awareness, monitoring of assignments and participation in the implementation of training

### Manage administration

- Preparation of files, drafting of contracts and management of administrative elements in connection with the management center, playing as a team with our clients.
- Monitoring satisfaction, loyalty and proposing HR solutions adapted to their needs
