Within the Executive Search activity, we work on high-impact recruitments: **CEOs, CFOs, HRDs, BU Directors, and key experts**, mainly for SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large groups. Our conviction: a successful recruitment is not limited to identifying a profile, but to **understanding a context, challenging a need, and supporting a decision**. The positionReporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in the entire mission cycle, from **detecting mandates** to **successful recruitment**. You will support executives on high-stakes topics, with a **demanding and committed consulting** posture. ### Your main responsibilities - develop and manage a portfolio of decision-makers (CEOs, HRDs, business line managers) - identify and qualify recruitment mandates for senior executives and experts - understand the business, organizational, and human challenges of clients - define and steer research strategies (direct approach, mapping, network) - conduct in-depth interviews focused on skills, leadership, and cultural fit - support clients in their decisions - follow up on the integration of candidates with a long-term consulting approach Profile sought - Higher education (business school, HR, or equivalent) - Experience in **executive/senior executive recruitment, consulting, or direct approach** - Ability to intervene in both **business development and mission management** - Strong analytical capacity and understanding of business issues - Excellent consulting posture with high-level interlocutors You are currently a recruitment consultant with a successful first experience in high-stakes recruitment and wish to evolve towards a more strategic positioning, or you are already positioned in Executive Search with the desire to join a growing structure.
