## **The role**

**Actual group is looking for a Placement Consultant (M/F).**

As a **Placement Consultant**, you will be at the heart of CDD/CDI recruitment and the development of placement activity in your sector.

### Your missions

- Manage CDD/CDI recruitment orders entrusted by the agencies.  
  Carry out sourcing, selection, and placement of candidates.
- Develop your commercial activity by actively proposing the Placement offer to companies.
- Work in close collaboration with a network of about ten agencies to meet recruitment needs.
- Detect recruitment opportunities and prospect for new needs during client meetings.
- Ensure follow-up of recruitments until the integration of candidates.

This position combines a **strong recruitment dimension** and **business development**, with the objective of effectively meeting the needs of companies while developing the placement activity.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Profile sought

- An in-depth understanding of **recruitment processes**. Previous experience in a similar role is desired.

- It is crucial that the candidate is **proactive** and has excellent **communication** skills in order to interact well with clients and candidates.

- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential to succeed in this position.
