## **The role**

**Actual Experts Grande Distribution** is a division of the **Actual** Group, specializing in recruitment and temporary staffing for profiles working in the retail sector.

Our expertise covers various fields such as **food trades, department managers, order pickers, cashiers, or shelf stockers.**

We are currently recruiting a Business Manager (M/F) to develop the 13 sector.

As a Business Manager (M/F) at Actual, you will be at the heart of our agency's development.

### Your role will consist of

- **Prospecting, developing, and retaining a client portfolio by identifying the recruitment needs of industrial companies.**

- Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

- Providing advisory services to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.

- Contributing to the agency's performance by achieving your sales targets and participating in development strategies.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Profile sought**

- Do you have a strong commercial temperament? Do you have initial experience in a similar position or do you come from the retail sector? Then this position is for you!
- You enjoy challenges, human contact, have strong negotiation skills, and like to take initiative.
- Dynamic and autonomous, you know how to manage several missions in parallel with rigor and organization.
- Knowledge of the retail sector would be a real plus.
